1. Data Collection & Usage
To provide our AI listing services, we collect and process the following information:
- Account Information: Email address, name, and securely hashed passwords.
- WooCommerce Data: When you connect the plugin, we process product images and existing metadata (titles/descriptions) solely for enhancement. We do not access customer details or order history.
- Proof of Payment: Bank transfer receipts submitted for manual credit top-ups are stored securely for audit verification and deleted after 12 months.
2. AI & Image Processing
Your store images are temporarily processed by our AI models to generate optimized descriptions and alt text.
- Full Ownership: You retain complete ownership of all uploaded assets and AI-generated content.
- Data Isolation: Store data is isolated. We do not use your proprietary product data to train our models or benefit competitors.
3. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell your personal or store data. We share information strictly with operational service providers:
- Cloud Infrastructure: Encrypted storage and server infrastructure for hosting assets.
- AI Processing Partners: Anonymized text and image payloads sent strictly for content generation.
4. Cookies
We use secure HTTP-only cookies to maintain signed-in user sessions.
