By accessing or using ListNovate AI by FuturrNovate, you agree to these terms, including the provisions governing credits, payments, and acceptable use.
1. Credits & Billing
1.1 Credit Usage
One "Credit" covers the processing of one product, including the generation of its title, description, and SEO metadata. A credit is deducted only after successful content generation.
1.2 Rollover & Expiry
- Monthly Subscription Credits: Reset every billing cycle. Unused monthly credits do not roll over to the following month.
- Top-Up Credit Packs: Purchased separately. These never expire and are consumed only after monthly credits are exhausted.
- Free Daily Credits: Granted to all users during onboarding. These credits refresh daily and do not accumulate. FuturrNovate reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue free credit allocations at any time.
1.3 Refunds
Because AI compute infrastructure incurs real-time costs, used credits are non-refundable. You may request a refund for completely unused Top-Up credit packs within 7 days of purchase.
2. Payments & Verification
Manual Bank Transfer Policy
Manual transfers require human review. Credits are added only after our billing team verifies your transaction reference and proof of payment.
Fraud Prevention: Submitting falsified, altered, or reused proof of payment receipts may result in immediate permanent account termination.
Paystack Automated Gateway
Alternatively, payments processed via the Paystack gateway are instant and fully automated without manual review. For security, we reserve the right to flag or reverse transactions flagged as suspicious by payment processors.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You may not use ListNovate AI to generate listings or marketing copy for:
- Illegal substances, controlled items, weapons, or counterfeit merchandise.
- Content that infringes upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, or patents.
- Explicit adult content or sexually explicit media.
FuturrNovate reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that generate content in violation of these guidelines without refund.
4. Limitation of Liability
FuturrNovate provides AI-generated content on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While our generative models aim for high accuracy, AI output can occasionally produce inaccuracies or unexpected phrasing.
Merchant Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all product information, attributes, pricing, and metadata before syncing or publishing them to your live WooCommerce store. FuturrNovate is not liable for commercial losses, pricing errors, or inaccurate product specifications published to your site.
