Importing images, organizing galleries.

How to Import Images

The Staging Area is where you prepare your images. Choose the method that best fits your workflow:

Drag and Drop

Simply drag images from your computer or from another website directly into the staging area. Make sure your images are in a supported format, such as JPG, PNG, or WebP.

"Select Images" Button

Click the "Select Images" button to open your file explorer. You can select multiple product images at once for faster importing.Pro tip: Use this method to quickly add multiple individual products at once.

"Select Folder" Button (Bulk Import)

Ideal for large inventories. Organize your images into folders, and the system will use your folder structure to create products automatically.

Preparation Steps:

  • 01.Create a Parent Folder (e.g., uploads/).
  • 02.Create a Subfolder for each product inside the parent folder.
  • Inside each product folder, name your main product image root. This tells the system which image to use as the primary product photo.
  • Optional: Create a folder named gallery (lowercase) for additional product images.

// Structure

└── product-name/

├── root.jpg (Required. JPG, PNG, or WebP)

└── gallery/ (Optional)

Note: Windows users can useMicrosoft PowerToysto bulk-rename images to "root" quickly.

Image Stacking (Galleries)

Feature: Image Stacking

If you're not using the folder structure for galleries, you can still add multiple images to a product directly from the staging area. You can either stack product cards together or edit a product and add images from the Gallery tab.

To stack images, simply drag one product card on top of another in Grid View. The system will ask you to confirm the merge. The bottom card becomes the Parent, while the dragged card's image is added to the Parent's gallery.
